WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse (Adelaide, South Australia), we will send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. If you selected “Standard Shipping (w/ Tracking Number)” the notification email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through Australia’s Post website. For all other orders within Australia, you can expect your parcel to arrive between 2-6 business days.

Do not stress if the tracking number does not work immediately, it often takes up to 24 hours for it to be searchable in the AusPost system.

If you have any questions about your order please reach us using our contact form. We usually answer in less than 30 min.

MY COLLAR IS TOO BIG / SMALL - CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Of course! Please reach us via our contact form here. We will email you the instructions on how to send the collar back to us and we will replace it! (as soon as we receive the collar). Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the collar must be unwashed and unworn with original tags and packaging.
